How It Works

Step 1

Schedule A Call

Schedule a quick introductory call with our team to go through what you're looking for and get a rough estimate.
Work with our team to assess your budget and financing plans along with what you're looking for in your dream home.

Step 2

Pre-Construction

Site Selection: Evaluate potential building sites and choose the best location.
Design Development: Work with our team to create custom home plans.
Permitting: Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities.

Step 3

Site Preparation

Clearing and Grading: Clear the construction site of vegetation and debris and prepare the ground for construction.
Excavation: Dig foundation trenches and prepare the site for utilities.

Step 4

Foundation & Framing

Footings and Foundations: Pour concrete footings and foundation walls to support the structure.
Waterproofing and Insulation: Apply waterproofing membranes and insulation to the foundation.
Framing: Construct the structural framework of the home, including walls, floors, and roof.
Roofing: Install roofing materials to protect the structure from the elements.

Step 5

Mechanical & Insulation/Drywall

Plumbing: Install rough plumbing lines for water supply, drainage, and HVAC systems.
Electrical: Rough-in electrical wiring and install outlets, switches, and fixtures.
HVAC: Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Insulation: Install insulation in exterior walls, attics, and crawl spaces to improve energy efficiency.
Drywall: Hang drywall panels and apply joint compound to create smooth, finished walls and ceilings.

Step 6

Finishing Touches

Flooring: Install flooring materials such as hardwood, tile, or carpet.
Trim and Millwork: Install baseboards & decorative trim.
Carpentry: Install kitchen and bathroom cabinets & countertops.
Paint: Apply paint or wallpaper to interior walls and ceilings.
Fixtures: Install plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, HVAC fixtures, etc.
Exterior: Install exterior lighting, address numbers, and mailbox.
Landscaping: Complete front yard & backyard landscaping.

Step 7

Final Inspection & Occupancy

Final Inspection: Conduct a final inspection to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
Certificate of Occupancy: Obtain a certificate of occupancy from local authorities, allowing the home to be occupied.
Move-in: Complete final cleaning and move into the new home.
Warranty Period: Address any post-construction issues covered by the builder's warranty.
